Lina Gounari and her team’s approach, is based on the belief that an educator is instrumental in supporting the healthy development of the child and the formation of the child’s personality, all through the different stages of development.
Our goal is to identify the child’s abilities through the appropriate educational care. We guide children towards activities such as interacting with nature and animals, learning through experience, and expressing feelings, so that they can establish and prioritise life values. We strengthen healthy competition, autonomy and respect and gain a sense of deep satisfaction in the knowledge that we have contributed in the creation of a balanced personality.

Following a personal interview, “For your Kids” thoroughly assesses the personality and skills of the candidates who will undertake this role. We review their CVs and obtain references from previous employers. Additionally, we require candidates to provide a clean criminal record background check.

How are the staff wages determined for the services provided?

We provide you with a general overview of current rates; however, the exact fees are finalized following a mutual agreement between the employer and the employee.

How does the cooperation with your agency work, and what fees do I need to pay?
